RETURN & REFUND POLICY
MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO
For all returns, you are required to record the process of opening the package from start to finish without edit. We do not accept complaints of damage or lack of products without unboxing videos.
Generally, only defective items or wrong order/s sent by our staff may be exchanged. But reasonable cases like wrong sizing can be an exception to the rule. For items purchased at themythwys.com, all return requests must be submitted within 7 days from when your order is received. Return and exchange requests beyond this period won't be accepted. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges, which are non-refundable.
Eligible returns require items in original and sale-able condition with tags, all freebies and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odor or fragrances. Should the item in question be washed, damaged, worn, or in any way or manner not be in its original condition, the return or exchange shall not be granted We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to determine if a returned item is in sale-able condition
Kindly visit our Returns Center to submit the return request.
STEP 1: Request return. Await approval within 2-3 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
STEP 2: Upon approval, receive a confirmation email and ship items back within 2-3 days to the provided address. Failure to return items within this timeframe will cancel the request.
STEP 3: Once the item is received, the replacement and request for the new item shall be processed and shipped right away. The customer covers shipping fees for the new item.
* any returned items that did not follow the policies above will automatically be subject for cancelled return as these products cannot be sold anymore.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not issue refunds.
