SHIPPING POLICY 

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO

For all returns, you are required to record the process of opening the package from start to finish without edit. We do not accept complaints of damage or lack of products without unboxing videos.

STANDARD PROCESSING TIME 

Standard processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. However, processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, other peak seasons, and the availability of our courier partners. 

STANDARD ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FRAME:

-       2-3 days within Metro Manila and GMA

-       3-5 days for Luzon

-       7-9 days for Visayas and Mindanao

The delivery timeframe will start once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

We can only provide estimates, but more detailed information may be viewed on your order status once the items have been shipped. We will allocate additional days for cases of unforeseen events such as natural calamities.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

You may track your orders through the email confirmation that will be sent to you.

AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS

We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout. We are also unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment's tracking information.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on your shipping address and the estimated weight of your package.
